Caught a limit of amberjacks and released a few. Also missed a few grouper chances and released some big red snapper.
Had a fun day with Cal Dixon and Billy Dillon. We did well on the amberjack, but the grouper eluded us.
Fishing was off the hook today! Caught a limit of gags, a couple aj’s and some rudder jacks.
Pretty good day of grouper and amberjack fishing today. Four gags to 33#, three aj’s, a 10# mangrove and a pile of red snapper released. Also, several other shots at grouper that kept the hooks as jewelry.
