Had the Brown family booked for two days of bottom fishing. Had a ton of action both days! Two day total was five gags, one scamp, three amberjack, two almaco jacks, a bunch of rudder jacks, a few triggers and a bunch of red snapper released.
Took another crew of local regulars on a bottom fishing adventure. Had a ton of action today! Caught a limit of amberjacks (7), one gag, three almaco jacks and one rudder jack.
Opening day of grouper season had the seas running 3′-5′, so it wasn’t a day for the timid. The Kirkland party was up to the task and chomping at the bit to get some grouper. Managed to capture three gags, including a 40.6 lber to take the lead in the Johnny Longfish Year Long Captains…
The ocean was beautiful today and the fishing was ok. Managed to catch five pretty nice mahi, a triggerfish and a banded rudder fish.
